Kevin's Bike of the Month
Thanks to TAZZ from South Carolina for submitting photos of his kick-ass '77 Shovel. TAZZ's bike is this month Bike of the Month. Now for the best part, TAZZ built this hot ride himself! We have much respect for those who built what they ride. TAZZ's bike will soon be appearing in THE HORSE Backstreet Choppers magazine.
"Rigid frame,
punched to 88 c.i., 18" apes on 4" risers, rear ended with a 18" x 6" 40 spoke
rim w/ a 170 Metezler tire, frt is stock 21", 40 spoke rim w/ Avon rubber,
custom exhaust by me, custom sheet metal and paint by me, '59 caddy tail lights
customized by me, it took me 6 mths. to build this scooter, I did all the work
myself, I did have some coaching from a friend on the motor and tranny though, I
don't know it all.........LOL., but I know what I like, The Scooter is called
BARON VON SHOVELHEAD. I hope you like it.
