Tattoo of the Month for September is from self-proclaimed Southern Belle, Jessica Davis! I had to pick this one, Rhonda just loved it.
"Standing for my flashing attitude and what I call
"classic" style. Motorcycle Betty, with my own additions. Betty Boop atop a
Harley. Proudly displaying her own heart tattoo, and rebel flag bandana. No, I
am not a racist, by any means, it just shows my Southern Heritage, and I am
proud of the fact that I am a Southern Belle. Sandy @ Demographic Studios can
