Biker Comments: "we will have the last laugh....amf Well it seems everyone has their own opinion about the recent events that have happened at the patch. what gives you the right to be the judge and jury? anyone that hangs out there knows the owner dose not tollerate the fact that people were using the bar to sell any kind of drugs and those who did and got busted on august 22 and went to jail know first hand they are now barred for life and now donnie is left to pick up the pieces and they were so called friends its funny that it takes something this bad to find out who your real friends are! we all can clearly see that this was aset up ! i mention no name because his or her conscience will eventualy get to them only a low life piece of shit would do something like this i have had nothing but good times at the patch and i am not guilty by association and donnie is a good person and didnt deserve to be involved itno this unfortunite situation mentally or finantuialy he is the first to help a friend in need and look what it got him ! so i will continue to as you all say go at my own risk while you all put you tails between your legs and go to another bar i wonder if you will be sittin there when these people decide to take their shit to the next bar and get them busted and i hope you eat crow on your ride in the paddy wagon... then we will have the last laugh....amf" one pissed barfly 10/11/03
"I just wanted to say that the Dogpatch is a great place to go and hang out with great people. Just because there are a few people with bad attitudes and hateful actions doesn't speak for everyone out there. Yes, there was a raid on the bar over a month ago, but....how many other bars have been raided in the past that wasn't so blown out of whack like this has been? Basically all I am saying is if you like a bar with fun people and a wonderful atmosphere come to the Dogpatch. See for yourself how things really are there." HappyGal 10/9/03
"After reading the recent comments on the Dogpatch it really upset me. Even after what happened the bar is still a great place to go and relax in a good environment with great people. All those comments about staying away are bogus. There is no need to stay away unless you have something to hide. So, for those that have nothing to hide come join us at the "Patch"!" "The bar has been busted for drugs on a massive scale in August 2003. I wouldn't recomend that you make an appearence there. Accornding to some, it isn't over yet. Paper says they are looking for more then the 10 who were arrested which include the owner Donnie Eavey." Stinger 10/5/03

The place has been raided in August 03, owner Donnie Eavey busted for 3 counts drug traffic, 10 people busted, upstairs apt occupant got $400,000.00 bond for drugs. This place has gone to shit from what was once a REALLY GREAT PLACE. Wanna go to jail? Go to the DogPatch they'll come lock you up. Guilty by association. When they bought the place, they ruined it. This place used to be a cool, friendly, safe place. Since the new owners Donnie & Judy took over the place, it is no longer "Safe" for friendly. People are against one another, play head games and risk each others freedom. Nuff said? Go at your own risk!" The Barstool Man 9/8/01
