Participation Guidelines: Your General Responsibilities
As a passive conduit, our Service enables people to share information about themselves and their personal tastes, and their opinions regarding various products, businesses, and services. We cannot and do not warrant, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or integrity of information that you may access. You understand that you shall remain solely liable for any and all information, text, images, photographs, graphics, e-mail addresses, Web pages, reviews, discussion board postings, and other materials ("Content") that you upload, download, email, or transmit to our Service.

Photo Submissions/Contest Entries
Entries for Babe and Tattoo Contests must be 18 years old or older. You may enter the contest for your partner but only with his or her approval. You may not send photos copyrighted by someone else, or photos from someone else's site. This needs to be a photo of you, your partner, your artwork (for tattoos) or your own bike. Photos must be in JPEG or GIF format. Photos must be clear and sharp. Fuzzy, out of focus or grainy photos will not be accepted. Photos may not be digitally enhanced. This means no photos will be accepted that are rendered or stylized with filters and rendering tools. We only accept photo submissions via email or in cases where large numbers of event photos are submitted via snail mail.

Contest entry photos become property of DamnBikers.com and may be used in future promotions. DamnBikers.com and its owners may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. By submitting your entry you are agreeing to the above terms, certifying that you are the sole owner of the material you submitted, and agree to indemnify DamnBikers.com for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material. If for any reason, you determine that you would like to have your photos removed from our web site after you have won a contest and received a prize, DamnBikers.com is under no obligation to do so unless you can prove beyond a doubt that you are the subject in the photos and did not give your approval to have your entry submitted. Also, you may be required to repay DamnBikers.com for prizes you were awarded prior to removal of the photos.

For event photo submissions, the above terms also apply. However, I may be more lenient about removing photos, provided you can demonstrate to me a compelling need to do so. It is strongly suggested that you not submit photos at all if you are not positive that you would like them posted, because I am under no obligation to remove them once you personally submit photos that you own for publication on our site.

If you find photos of yourself in the event photos and you did not submit them, you may request their removal by emailing bikerchick@damnbikers.com with specific information about why you are requesting their removal, which photos you would like removed, and the exact location(s) of the photos on the site, and we will most likely remove them, however, we cannot guarantee the time frame in which that will occur.
